Celebrate your special events at Boxcar!
Because getting the group together should be easy (and fun)
Option 1: Reserve Our Private Section
Big group energy. Your own home base.
Planning something that requires corralling a crowd? We’ve got you. Reserve our dedicated private section inside the main bar — perfect for large groups who want their own space without missing the buzz. With bar rail seating, high tops, a cozy couch and plenty of photo opps, It’s ideal for birthdays, team outings, reunions, or any excuse to get the gang together. Your group gets a designated area to post up and regroup, so you can keep the party rolling all night. Outside food is welcome (just leave the drinks to us), and we’re happy to coordinate drink and game token packages, by request.
Option 2: Rent the Whole Place
After hours. All yours. No sharing.
Want the place entirely to yourselves? Boxcar Bar + Arcade is available to rent outside of operating hours, so you make the whole place your own personal playground. Set up food, decorate, arrange tables and chairs however you like — we’re flexible. We offer token and drink packages, and outside food is welcome (bring your own plates, napkins, and utensils), just leave the drinks to us. From company celebrations to next-level private parties, this is the “go big or go home” option.
