As passionate as we are about bringing you the best in craft drafts, spirits and entertainment – we are equally passionate about the food we put on your plate. That’s why we make everything in-house, from scratch, using fresh (never frozen) ingredients and without the use of any preservatives.
Our pizza dough contains 4 simple ingredients: fresh yeast, sea salt, water and flour. We let our dough age for at least 36 hours for better flavor, texture and workability. Our sauce is made from imported San Marzano plum tomatoes, fresh basil, roasted garlic, fresh ground black pepper, and sea salt. We top our pies with Bacio Italian Pizza Cheese, made with whole milk mozzarella and a kiss of buffalo milk, and we locally source tomatoes, jalapeños, onions and other produce from North Carolina farms, whenever possible.
Order up one of our artisan pizzas, homemade soft pretzels or fresh salads from the kitchen, now located just inside the main bar at our downtown Greensboro location. You can expect to find seasonal, special, and creative pies (like the Pepperoni with House-Made Hot Honey and the Pickle Pie) in addition to classics (like Cheese, Margherita and Pepperoni).
