As passionate as we are about bringing you the best in craft drafts, spirits and entertainment – we are equally passionate about the food we put on your plate. That’s why we make everything in house, from scratch, using fresh (never frozen) ingredients and without the use of any preservatives.
Our pizza and pretzel dough contains 4 simple ingredients: fresh yeast, sea salt, water and Caputo flour. We let our dough age for at least 36 hours for better flavor, texture and workability. Our sauce is made from imported San Marzano plum tomatoes, fresh basil, roasted garlic, fresh ground black pepper and sea salt. We top our pies with a mix of fontina and whole milk mozzarella cheese, and we make our own buffalo mozzarella in house. We locally source tomatoes, jalapeños, onions and other produce from North Carolina farms, whenever possible.
Order up one of our artisan pizzas or housemade soft pretzels at our new pizza kitchen, now located inside the main bar. You can expect to find seasonal, special and creative pies (like the Pepperoni with House-Made Hot Honey and the Pickle Pie) in addition to classics (like Cheese, Margherita and Pepperoni). Vegan and gluten-free substitutes are available by request, and we offer a variety of palate-pleasing add-ons, like our house-made hot honey, slab bacon and more.
